Egg Weekend
First holiday without family. I should probably be sad that I didn't fly back to Toronto for the weekend, but I am not. I found a different way of celebrating. Went to Victoria (yes, I know, again) and substituted my family with good company and friends.
There's only 19 days before I head out to Turkey and I also got an offer at CBC London. Now I am thinking about going there for 6 weeks before flying out to Toronto. So, Istanbul and London - that sounds like a pretty darn good summer.
But that also means I need to be well enough to last that long and right now I am not. I've had a relapse. I am worried that I will not be able to do the job properly. There won't be the support that I have available here.
Tough decisions, but who said life was easy?
