Got Carded

Finally, I got carded in a BC Liquor store. It must have been the backpack. Was on my way home from school and needed to pick up wine for tonight's party. Two pieces of ID. Wow - they aren't that strict in Toronto.

I was supposed to have a get together at my place tonight - it is my turn to invite everyone to my place. In the last minute the plans got changed to the westend of Vancouver (again) instead of downtown.

It took careful screening and years before I decided on the friends that I have right now. And now I miss them more than anything.

Maybe it is time I start meeting people outside of the program, otherwise there won't be any more emotionally positive postings in this blog. I'm emotionally drained today and really down. I should be happy that it's warm outside and the sun is shining.

I miss my friends.
