Stay in School

Thank you to everyone who showed their concern about me wanting to quit school.

I got some really good advice and I'm going to take all of it into consideration when I make my decision in the next little while.

Here's a sample of what was said:
"You can't quit. You are almost there."
"You cannot quit school. I'll kick your ass if you do."
"You can't quit. You'll regret it."

And my favourite was from a very close friend who knows me pretty well.
He understood why I wanted to do it.
"You don't complain. And when you seem unhappy, then I know you are. If you are not happy with what you are doing, it will taint your professional experience. And you may start to dislike the city you are in."

He got it. I love what I do, and I don't want to hate it in the end and Vancouver no longer makes me smile. It no longer fixes things. When I'm depressed, he knows.

Again, thank you to all of you. I'll keep you posted.
Whatever the decision, it will be the right one.
