Wide Awake

I can't sleep, yet again.

I've been putting in 12 hours of work on the website, and you would think that I would be remotely exhausted enough to sleep more than a couple of hours.

Sigh.

It's really late and in five hours I need to get ready to tackle another long production day. Double sigh.

In other news, I had to start a blog for one of my classes. A blog with a very specific topic. I chose technology - anything geeky. Check it out and do post comments on that. Maybe it will give me a good grade. Also, if you have topic suggestions, email me. I need to post twice a week. This blog might suffer just a tiny bit.

I'm also starting a job. Going to be working on the school of journalism website. Right now, the content needs to be updated, but later on this semester, the website will see a facelift. No idea where and how I'm going to put in about 10 hours per week if I am spending so much time on the thunderbird.ca.

I must admit, we are getting more content and just had a really great spoof of the Daily Show added on the homepage.
If you need that address once more: thethunderbird.ca

And, I'm taking an economics class. I don't think I need to elaborate on that. I'm the only person who is not in the European Studies program in that class. Everyone has some sort of economics background - moi? Well, NO.

All my externals are fairly complex. Learning about the EU is not as easy as I thought it might be. Profs just go off naming sections in treaties, like I should have them all memorized.

I'm approaching these courses with a positive mind. The profs are very understanding and are providing me with extra material to read so I can "catch up." It would be great if I had time to read what is required for class, let alone something extra.

I'm trying to come up with a blog post - nothing is coming to mind. Please, help me! Something tech related. Email me.
